My last blog in New Jersey! What a beautiful place this is! I will miss all the AMAZING blooming trees that can be found up and down the street! Too beautiful really!
Well, Guess What???? I graduated Ranger U! Yahoooooo! I am now a Certified Ranger Instructor! yep....happy dance...actually, I'm wigglin' my toes in happiness. Everything else is too tired to waddle, wiggle or wobble...WOW Folks! Today was one tag after another in all things Distress....Distress Inks, paints, pens, stains and embossing powders...Fantastic day! So much fun! So many cool techniques! I can't wait to go into slow-mo so I can have time to pull things out of the cluster of what we learned today...Thank God for all the technique tags we did for reference.
Well I'm on a jet plane out of here tomorrow afternoon! Looking forward to getting back home for a few days in my own bed, in my own studio. Ahhhhh! Can't wait!
I leave you with a few pictures of today...To be honest, we were so busy today that I didn't even think about cameras or cell phones so I tried to grab what I could for you all....
Here we go.....
Have an Awesome Week and Remember...Come on over to Chico Scrapbooks in Chico, California and join me as I show you how to make the Quote Wallet for National Scrapbook Day! Sounds like the whole weekend there is going to be fun! So come on down and join us!

Congratulations on your graduation Jim! I'm so happy for you, but I'm sorry that it's all over in a way as I've loved reading about your creative adventures at Ranger U. Funnily enough, when I saw you were wearing a white shirt the other day I thought you were being a bit optimistic about keeping it clean with all that ink about! What a great souvenier of your exciting experiences there!
ReplyDeleteHave a safe journey home (if you catch the 'plane) and get some well deserved rest. I'm sure that you're dying to tell Cesar all about it and I'm looking forward to hearing more soon too. Are you streaming tomorrow night?
Jim, thanks for the daily blog on RU! Did they make you design a project and then present it to the group as your graduation exam? You didn't say, and I am wondering if they have changed the format and eliminated that nerve-wracking step? :-)
ReplyDeleteHUGE congrats Gentleman Jim! Loved your blog posts! I'm so proud for you and all of your newfound "besties" and knowledge you've gotten from Ranger U. I know you're inspired!!! Much love! <3 Candy
ReplyDeleteHey Chicklet! :) SO glad we got to share the Ranger U adventure together! Who else could I have sat with that would spray, stain and stamp my arm with all Rangers gorgeous products??? LOL! Still traces of jet black archival, but the sunburn/bruise blob has almost faded out... haha...Seriously, can't imagine getting through it all with anyone else. Get some rest, enjoy some time at home, and then have a great trip to Cali. Hugs, e. xxx
