Off To Chico, California in the morning!

Good Evening Everybody!

Like the title of this post states, off to Chico, California in the morning!  Yahooo!  I'm running around trying to get everything together and I honestly think I'm running in circles...

Just like Santa...Checking things off my list....Packing, house sitter's last minute food needs, tickets printed, car filled up, running to the cleaners, washing clothes, picking up the house, paying bills and a multitude of other things that I have no idea why I'm doing it because I would never need to do it on a normal basis...ahhhhh.....LOL!  Mainly, I think it's to keep my mind off the flight!  With my latest mishap of missing my flight that adds a bit of unwanted stress to the mix...  Good Lawd!  Oh yeah, rain and severe weather expected in the morning...GREAT!  I just keep thinking they fly above that...once they break through all those clouds, it will be beautiful and sunny...right?  If not don't tell me!  :)

So, in an effort to make thing run more smoothly in the morning...I decided to sit down and blog!  Bahahahaha!  What can I say!  No, actually I'm taking a small break before I get started again.  I just wanted to give you all a heads up that I am alive and well and on the road again!

For my fellow bloggers in Chico, I'm excited to meet you in Chico, California at Chico Scrapbooks for a fun National Scrapbook Day Weekend!  It's going to be a blast!  If you around...come on down to play...Wherever you are for this MOST IMPORTANT weekend, please have a safe and fun time....pull out the paper and give it a go...It's amazingly addictive...

See you in California Tomorrow night....

  7. Jim, if you do hit turbulence just do what I do, bounce up down and all around in your seat that way you won't know if it is you or the plane, this trick always works and also is funny when other people join you. Have fun in Chico! It's all good!

  10. Well, you don't have to worry about the weather here it is in the 90s so enjoy California. (We just had real bad winds but they are now gone so it is beautiful out.)

  11. You sound just like my MOM!! She could never leave the house unless everything was p.e.r.f.e.c.t. No matter how many times I told her no one would sneak in and clean it up 'their way' while she was gone!!! It would all still be there when she got back... Next time try delegating some of this work. Slip the house-sitter some extra and let them go to the grocery and pick up around the house! It probably isn't about the stuff to do... probably more likely that you are busting out with nervous energy!! Use it well, my friend... If you haven't worn yourself to a nub, have a great time!!
