Good Morning Everyone!
Heading back to Texas in about 4 hours! Yahoooo! I have had more fun and met so many new people. Its been the coolest trip ever.
I cannot wait to see my pet babies, hit my very own bed with my very own pillow and have a weak yet reliable internet connection! Its the little things. To be able to type on an actual keyboard is going to rock my world. Yahoooo!
Feeling much better this morning. Last night, I just wanted to drill a whole in my head and let it drain. This morning not so much pressure. Still a bit funky but I feel like I'm on the mend. I better be. I have market in Dallas, day after tomorrow...for a week of running and really hard work. But looking forward to see what is new in the home decor and gift world.
Sweet Leisa has been the taxi for all of us and I cannot tell you how much I appreciate her for getting us to and from the airport. Thanks Leisa!
Well, better start the trip home....I'll see y'all in Texas!

Have a safe trip home Jim and sleep well tonight - you deserve it.
ReplyDeleteOne of the wonderful things about going on a trip - going back home. You have a lot of suitcases in that gorgeous Eiffel Tower to bring back tons of memories.Have a good flight.

There is nothing like HOME!!!! Sorry you are not feeling well. I am a horrible traveler. I just can't sleep and am very unconfortable unless I am in my own bed where I know that everything is clean. Just the idea of who knows how many strangers have slept in the bed you are using, and who has stepped on the floors and used the same bathroom, just makes me unconfortable. If I could just turn that off in my head then I could relax and enjoy myself. If only!!!!! Hope you are feeling better before your next trip. It is no fun traveling and trying to concentrate on work when you are not feeling up to par.

One of my CHA highlights this year was meeting you, JGC. (One of my junior high habit hangovers; giving everything initials). I'll be watching your work and hoping to see you in Colorado soon!
ReplyDeleteHey Jim, it was so nice to meet you in person at the Ranger booth. :) I told you I don't comment much, but will make more of an effort!! Loved your projects at CHA!

ReplyDeleteTravel safe!! I can't wait for all the details of the trip.
ReplyDeleteHere's to a safe trip home and a quick recovery from your cold! Can't wait to see what wonderful goodies you will be creating.
ReplyDeleteI, for one, cannot wait to see pictures!!
ReplyDeleteRemember, pictures....or it didn't happen!! :)
You should be landing soon! I'm praying your trip was safe and that you'll get to rest for a couple days before going to Dallas. I'm just now checking emails and blogs after an all day collage class.
ReplyDeleteTake lots of vitamin C...it will help!
Safe Journey.

What did you bring me? LOL. Hope you are feeling better. Just in time to get over cold and then hit the cedar season. Hope you don't have allergies. Your babies should help keep you warm though. Mine have been clingy since I came home from Cali also! Welcome home.... for the moment.
ReplyDeleteGlad to hear you're feeling better..get home safe! Thank you for posting CHA pics on your Facebook page. I liked seeing who is who. (((HUGS)))
ReplyDeleteBy now you should be home safely. Wave in the general direction of Carrollton when you make it to Dallas. I'll wave back. I swear. ;)
ReplyDeleteGlad you are home and feeling better. I hope you get up north one of these days. Maybe not now...bit cold. Looking forward to your new creations.
ReplyDeleteThe grass is always greener on the other side of the fence! Did you get to go to Disneyland??? Did you get to ride on Radiator Springs Racers?? They are so stinkin' fun!
ReplyDeleteGet better quick, Jim, been missing your daily blog entries. They always start my day off with a laugh. Thanx for the facebook pics...nice to put faces to names. Wish I could have been at CHA this year.....maybe next time. Love, love, love your creations for the show...so cool to see Tim showcasing them. Get some rest, when you can.....and back to creating!
ReplyDeleteGlad you are feeling better.'I have a question - not to be scary or 'stalkish' but I wondered what you do for your 'regular' day job? If you do not share that - its OK. Just wondering....Julie
