First, let me say thank you for all the amazing compliments and comments you left here, Facebook and on the Graphic 45 Blog! I'm so glad you liked the Ladies Diary Roll Top. For some of you I think you saw it twice! Bless you for allowing me to post it again on my new blog!
Wasn't Nicole Eccles Shoe AMAZING on the G45 blog? Oh my gosh that girl has got an amazing imagination and talent that goes with it! WOW! WOW! WOW!
Ok, I didn't come over to shoot the breeze because I'm late for a very important date...I wanted to share a video I did a few hours ago that answers a couple of questions I had about a piece I used on Carol's Caddy. Also, the video shows the We R Memory Keepers Lucky 8 Punches in action. Last, I also shared a new and really cool trimmer I saw at Archiver's tonight. It's a really cool option to the fairly expensive Rotatrim I use. And It works! I tested in on chipboard! It's the Fiskars Procision Paper Trimmer. INCREDIBLE! I believe that's the way they spelled it on the box. When I google it I don't see it listed. Once again, they have it at Archiver's.
Here's the video ....
Thanks Again Y'all! Have an AWESOME night!
The Gentleman Crafter
Jim these punches are amazing, thanks for sharing,I think,(my pocketbook isn't going to like you) I'm off to check out the new Fiskers trimmer! Have a great Evening!ReplyDelete
LOL! Shari! Oh well it happens doesn't it? LOL!Delete
Thanks So the comment!
Jim if any one is interested in the ProCision trimmer we are happy to order it in for them. The MSRP is $119.99 and they can e mail us through the store to let us know they would like one. Blessings CarolReplyDelete
Oh yes, Scrabadabadoo can order these for you! LOL! Thanks Carol! You can always get us the best stuff!Delete
Hi Jim, You need to start taking better care of yourself. You don't look yourself in your video. Of course this is completely selfish you understand ;-) I'd much rather have less inspirational posts than none. Now schedule some self care time / relaxation time it's important.ReplyDelete
I've looked worn down and beaten for years! Then the hair started to go...LOL! That's just me! Thanks so much for your concern!
OK...I has signed up for your blog by email and haven't gotten a single one. Only YouTube videos. They do remind me to come check out your blog. I signed up again so maybe I will get them now.ReplyDelete
I have to say I have 8 of these Lucky 8 punches and expecting 2 more for a total of 10 of them. They have the mini ones too, that punch 6x6 paper. I need those. LOL These big one are huge, so storing them is a problem if you are cramped for space. You did remind me that I need to look them up and make name labels for them.
I so need to rearrange my craft room. Wish I had the time to unmount my wooden stamps too. They take up so much space, I would gain half a cabinet if I could unmount them. I work at it a few sets at the time.
Love all your projects. One day I will have the time to get into more detailed projects. School does start next week. I just buy tutorials and wait for the right day to come. Thanks for sharing you talent!!! Love Ya!
Donna! Show off! LOL! 8? You need to build on to the house with just 3! Good heavens! LOL! So glad you have them. Now we know where we can go to borrow some!Delete
Love ya my Southern Belle!
Here I am - a little late to the party today. Jim - you can show your desk as many times as you like. I'll be thrilled each time.Awesome that you're willing to let it go.Thanks for the video. It's very helpful to see how products actually work. And I love being enabled. (credit card groans)You're the best, Jim.ReplyDelete
I know, I'm groaning again! Did you know today was 43% off all stamps at Archiver's! Good Lord! Will it ever end? :)Delete
Hugs to ya!
YOU went to Archivers last night and did not call me? Shame on you. I think you are avoiding me! But maybe a good thing... you might enable me to spend money that I need to spend on baseboards for the house! Can't wait to see the next big thing!ReplyDelete
Kim, you know each time I go in there I think I'm going to see you! It's really very funny! get the baseboards done! Winter is coming! You know baseboards keep the rattlesnakes out!Delete
You rock Kim!
I have officially added YOU to my BUCKET LIST! Before I die, I want to spend a week in your studio just playing with all of your stuff and creating great projects with you. I just LOVE your creativity and all that you share. Would be the BEST play date EVER!ReplyDelete
Come on over Evelyn. It would be nice to have someone to talk to besides myself! And myself and I have a ball just sitting around chatting! LOL!Delete
Thanks Evelyn! That's so kind!
Thanks for sharing the punches. Those are really cool. Evelyn, best play date ever comment is so true! Wouldn't that be fun!ReplyDelete
Between you , Evelyn and I we might be able to come up with some pretty cool stuff! Come on down! :)
I was missing you so I took some time for my Jim fix. I will have a lot to go back and see after summer is over. Busy busy busy. Thanks for sharing, so enjoy your "real person" videos! I love these punches, but where does a person store those honkers! Maybe if I get rid of my oldy moldy original little red Sizzix machine I could store 4????? Hmmmm something to ponder while doing deep cleaning for company. Why do we wait for company to do deep cleaning, do they really notice? Just practicing avoidance. :)ReplyDelete
I wondered whether you started the, "I Hate Jim Fanclub! I missed ya lamb chop!
Hope all is well and hope you get your deep cleaning done!
Shame on you for putting "hate" and "Jim" in the same sentence. You are like a little puppy, how could anyone hate you. Did one thing on the deep cleaning list today. 15 more to go and only a week. Hey, I am 50 and I don't have to do anything I don't want to this year! Turning 50 is fun!Delete
Thanks for sharing the punches. I checked out Archivers' website but couldn't find the trimmer =(.ReplyDelete
Hmmmm, Well maybe they are just busting into the stores. They might have it later. Susan said I think she got them in like yesterday maybe. So they must be new...Keep checking.Delete
Thanks and hope you find one. I think they are great!
Thanks for the tutorial! It always helps seeing the item in use! Now I gotta have one, or two, or..........!ReplyDelete
I know Becky! I'm the same way. I have to see it in action. So I'm glad it may have helped!Delete
Wow!! I could listen and watch you all day!!! You are so much fun and so interesting and helpful!! Thanks tons for the punch video!!! Your work is incredi le and inspiring!!! I'm so glad Graphic 45 shares you with us!!! LOVE YOUR BLOG!!!! Please keep it going!!! Again, thanks for sharing!!ReplyDelete
Thanks Barbara! Such a nice compliment! I have no idea what I'm saying so I'm glad you find it interesting! LOL! It really is my pleasure! I so enjoy it.Delete
Thanks again for your kind words!
Thanks for the video on the punches. I was wondering how they worked. You're right...they are huge!!ReplyDelete
Thanks DWD for letting me know the punches are available for 6x6 paper...more my size. Hummmm...does A's have the little guys???? Gotta go that way on Thursday...with a coupon, no less...LOL!!!
Archiver's really didn't have anything left. No, it's not because I cleaned them out. I knew that was going to be the next thing you would say! LOL! They have a couple of green punches in the large. Towards the front. No small ones yet. Obviously I need to watch HSN more. They had them. Man, I've got to find my TV clicker so I can change channels to keep up!
Hugs my friend!
Oh, my!! A play date at Gentleman Jim's... Add my name to THAT list! (Time to wipe the drool off my keyboard.)ReplyDelete
Love your videos, Jim. Thanks for sharing with us.
Trudie, you are added! HAHAHA! Come on down, just bring anything with sugar on it while we craft please! :)Delete
Hey Jim, I watched the video on YT. But I just had to say hi again! We don't have Archivers here. We've only had Mikes and AC Moore. But we're supposed to open a couple of JoAnns by the end of the year! I'm excited!ReplyDelete
Thanks again for the tutorial. Hugs, Jess
Thanks Jess! I have yet to be in an AC Moore. I gotta go find one. YAY! About Joanns coming your way! Sounds good to me! You can use all the Michaels and Hobby Lobby coupons there too!Delete
Thank you for the tips, I am currently working on a Chipboard piece and I may just have to take a look at that Trimmer.ReplyDelete
Oh Sherry! You are going to like it! I think it's a winner. It's easy on your hands and cuts with clout!Delete
Buy it from a place you can take it back just in case it's not a fit for you.
Hey Jimbug.....thanks for the info on the Fiskers cutter..can a coupon be used with that???? ...since there is no archivers here in so. cal, I was just wondering...LOL....ReplyDelete
I saw those punches on HSN selling them in grps of three..I didn't buy them b/c like you said they are big and I DON"T scrapbook either....
You know, I don't know why you couldn't use a coupon on it. In fact there was an Archiver's 43% off sale coupon on one item through the 12th! I haven't read the fine print though.
Love these punches. They are a little pricey, but since they do several things, it is worth it. I consider my punches, investments since they are tools L will use over and over. I need to get down to the Crafty Scrapper and see what she has. I believe this week most things are on sale at 50% off. Thanks for all you do, Jim!ReplyDelete
Pammiebear in Saginaw, Texas
Pammie! Take me with you! Please report back and let me know what they have! I will be there on the 16th! Leave me something! LOL!Delete
You need to find your TV clicker? Isn't it in your Carol's Caddy where it should live now?!ReplyDelete
Those punches look interesting - the round one would make lovely doilies for my Wedding afternoon tea! They are huge though and I am struggling to fit anything else into my tiny craftroom (including me now) LOL!
Fantastic video! LOVE the info and you make us so want to just go out and SHOP!!! So I did today. BONUS!ReplyDelete
